Netflix's chilling webcam porn thriller Cam will make you never want to log on again

If you'd just read the synopsis for upcoming Netflix movie Cam, you'd be forgiven for thinking it's just going to deliver cheap thrills.

Set within the world of webcam porn, Cam follows an ambitious camgirl (ie on-screen, real-time sex performer) called Alice, aka Lola, who discovers she's been replaced by an exact replica of herself.

What's worse, this replica seems to be willing to do a lot more – and go further – than Alice ever would on camera.

But far from being salacious or gratuitous, Cam is an absolutely chilling, thought-provoking and sex-positive delve into the world of webcam porn, one that raises questions about the lives we present online and will likely make you question ever using social media again.

The entire film will be 'pixilated' here in Thailand.

I wasn't aware that Netflix is a TV sponsor.

Anything to make a buck
