it's still under cover in london

Probably the best place for it.

Still good old Adolph along with Ferdinand Porch ( yes I know) had a hand in designing it.

Thank your lucky stars the French didn't win we would all be driving around in

2 CVs with such inovative automobiile advances as drop down windows and we would all be social workers as they seem to be the only ones daft enough to drive them.

@ stroll @all

Many topics seem to be very specific, that i don´t have an answer.

But i really enjoy to read as i´m very interested what people care about while living as expats in Thailand.

Perhaps i will retire there too.But that will take at least 25 years.

I don´t have an academic degree and i´m not interested to run a business in Thailand so i decided to stay pampered in the still well doing social-system with my quite well paid job in Germany.I prefer to safe money at the place i´m sure to make money and spend it when i think it is enough to live on.

Mostly i enjoy the thread´s that mean " my dick wants me to stay in Thailand".

"How can i make it ?"

I am married to a Thai. She has one son and our baby will come in October.

Cheer´s mates :o

What I do know is Germans in Thailand are not well received... :o

Thats bit odd but I have noticed aussies, poms, yanks and even that odd Frenchman altogether having a group chat over beers but rarely a German. There is a little German restaurant in soi 7 near the beer garden that has a table full of the same german guys everyday and they drink and talk nonstop all day every day. What do they talk about every day?

They were kind of staring at me. I have a lot of relatives in Germany (serbs) but that doesn't make me German but now that I think of it I'm the only Serb I know living in Bkk. Are there any more out there?? should I start a poll? Am I well received ? :D

just explain to me what you mean by being German! I was born in Germany I lived there for about 25 years then I moved to Australia and lived there for 30 years and now I am in Thailand for a short time.

Whe I moved to Australia I had to surrender my german passport. So am I still German ?

Roy, iff you vill use in future the umlaut ä vhen typing "Schäferhund" as vell as ze tchermann plural "Schäferhunde" you are aloud to submitt an applikation. zen vee vill konsider awarding you vizz honorarry tchermann zitizenship.

Perhaps his Tastatur has no Umlaut keys.

Roy, I'll let you into a secret, type ae instead.

no need for a tchermann tastatur. hold down <alt>, type 132, release <alt> et voilà ä appears. 129 for ü, 148 for ö. any keyboard can create hundreds of different characters.
