Ways to Maximize One Year Non Imm O's?

Recommended Posts

I currently use one year non immigrant o based on marriage to a Thai to stay in Thailand. I do not use financial proof. I do extentions to get 60 more days after each entry, and then go in out after the extensions are up to get 90 days.

I have thought about this question, and came up empty. Is there a way/technique to run the last exit out of the country right up to the last day of the one year non immigrant o? I believe it is better to not be on an extension for your last exit, as you would need a reentry permit. Is that correct?

There may not be a good answer to this, I just thought I may be overlooking something.

Thank you!

You can do an entry on or before the date you non-o visa expires and get a new 90 day entry that you can be extend for 60 days allowing almost 17 months of total stay from you visa.

The best way to is extend you first two 90 day entries for 60 days allowing about 10 months, then go out for a new 90 day entry and then plan to do the last entry the day before your visa expires.
