Visa Type

Hi, everyone. I am planning on inviting some Thai actors to attend a fan meeting in Belgium. We are considering the visa for cultural/religion events and film crews. However, we are not sure whether we need to apply an extra work permit, long/short stay visa and professional card for them. If any of you know these information, could you please tell me as this is really important to us. We have asked the embassy, but they were not really helping at all. Thank you for you time!
