Simbo Posted May 23, 2004 Author Share Posted May 23, 2004 I bought the bike new one year ago, the shop taxed it and I have the tibian rod in my name. What do I need for this. I have a Thai driving licence to prove where I live, the same address as the tibian, surely I don't have to go through the same rigmarole as I did the first time?
