Disney unveils a first look at Jon Favreau's live-action The Lion King

Disney has finally dropped a first look at the much-anticipated live-action remake of The Lion King and we have to say, it's looking pretty incredible.

The teaser trailer gives us 90 seconds of footage from the film, depicting the iconic moment that Rafiki (John Kani) introduces the future king, Simba (Donald Glover), to the animals of the African savanna.

"Everything the light touches is our kingdom. But a king's time as ruler rises and falls like the sun," comes Mufasa's (James Earl Jones, reprising his role from the original animated film) wise words in the trailer.

"One day, the sun will set on my time here, and will rise with you as the new king."

I have a 1 year rental lease of a condo I'm renting from a landlord. If I want to stay for another 3-4 months, how does it usually work? Do I need to ask the rental agent for another 3-4 month lease extension or can I just tell the agent I want to stay on and continue on a periodical basis of a month by month basis, on the same rental terms, after my 1 year lease has finished?
