BritManToo
Why not just buy one from a roadside stall. Or you could order mail order from Lazada. 340bht https://www.lazada.co.th/products/furg-sog-fari-machete-61-cm-61-i258021267-s397739413.html I have this one @ 270bht https://www.lazada.co.th/products/my-home-bush-knife-i7866880-s9826193.html Edited December 3, 2018 by BritManToo

GreySeal
Thank you for the replies It is for home. Actually I want a wood chisel but don't know the Thai word for it. The machete is the closest thing to making what I want. So if they can make a knife, sword or machete they can make a chisel no problem, and the cost should be like a machete cost. It is a very very large carpenter chisel. I looked on Lazada thanks but they only have normal small chisels. So I need to have some made by a Blacksmith/metal worker, here is the type:

Drop in to a few places selling farm tools I'll bet someone will come up with a "man who can".

Yes it is a beast, they are meant to be pushed and levered by hand rather than hit with a mallet, and as they are very wide they help alot to make a flat surface equal. Now to find a farm tool supplier? thanks for the suggestion.
