To help a Thai who didn't know before having a dog that it will cost money :-) where can I help to neuter her dog in pattaya / chonburi area ?

As I will pay for her, the cheapest would be the best, how much it should cost for a 20kg dog ? any place like foundation where a Thai could go and do it for cheaper ?

Not sure if they do but there is a government vet based at the building at the exit of Pattaya Hospital/Firestation on 3rd Road.

They may also know of a local foundation who will neuter for free.

Approachable staff (before anyway) and can get monthly tick injections there for 50 baht. 

hello, do you know how much it will cost at the cheapest vet to neuter a dog male ? is there any cheaper clinic in Pattaya ? And do you know the price at BKK vet university ? please help.
