Translation by booth at Mahatun Plaza Building

Featured Replies

Last weeks I am busy asking offers for translation and legalisation by E-mail. At Mahatun Plaza are a lot of booth and got only one offer of 4 offices. One offer of 11500 Baht for 3 pages total. When I asked again by another office I get unclear answers of the same E-mail address as the first. I traced 3 offices with the same lady. First- the offer of 11,500 Baht is very high I believe. Is there no competition or is it scam. I would not send my orriginal passport copy and mariage certificate to this kind of office.

Some advise please

Perhaps check with one of the translation services listed here.

Do not like to stay one week in Bangkok in my holydays. I have to get used of Thai way I suppose.

Ask them to send the translated and certified documents by EMS to you. They will do that for a small additional fee.

Yes, that's the answer I wait for,

I go to the office and hand over the documents and when finnished let them send the papers by EMS and "POSTE RESTANTE" to the postoffice in town I stay. This is safe because the postman in town has a bad name.

Regards and this item is closed.

I hope you found a much better price than that crazy 11.5K amount.
