zoolander
Hi I'm visiting bueng Kan for a few weeks and wondered if it's ok to use the ferry to Laos. I'm on a marriage visa from savannakhet where I have to exit Thailand every 90 days. Just wanted info if it's ok to enter Laos turn around and head back to Thailand on the same day. Thanks for any help Sent from my CPH1803 using Tapatalk
jimster
The ferry is running, but go on a weekday, unless you are OK with chartering one. Are you just going as a passenger? If taking a vehicle across, it's much more expensive and there are fewer services.
ubonjoe
There is no Lao visa on arrival available there. You would need to get a visa from the embassy in Bangkok or the consulate in Khon Kaen.
