Has anyone found this at local herbal shops?

I used the herb Sage available in any supermarket as an alternative.

Chinese club moss (Huperzia serratta)  You would think this is available in China town?

As it is used in Chinese traditional medicine then likely it is. I would do a Google search to find the name in Chinese characters and then print that out to show the "pharmacist". Otherwise you may have a frustrating time. The other way might be to ask for something that is used for all the things Chinese Club Moss is used for and then see if what they offer you is indeed Chinese Club Moss.

I've got some from ebay with me. I find i can only take 1 or 2 days of taking it or i get too wigging. First dose is terrific for a hangover or jet lag. Maybe taking too much since it is only power i am guesstimating.
