Anyone had experience changing from non o visa based on marriage to non b work visa?

Featured Replies

I’ve heard different reports. I’m going to Vientiane to change over from non o to non b. Already have work permit but going through divorce so need to change. What docs do I need? I don’t need divorce paper to change do I?

Do you have a 90 day entry from a non-o visa or an extension of stay based upon marriage done at a immigration office?

If on an extension of stay do you have a re-entry permit?

When apply for the non-b visa you will not need your divorce certificate. You will need supporting documents from your employer and your work permit to show when doing the application.

You have nothing to worry about. Just leave the country to get a non-b visa.
