You only need to see the lack of handrails or the no down escalators to street level at bts stations BKK so the elderly and disabled are screwed It stems from their karma belief system that if your disabled you must have been bad in your previous life. I see farang copying Thais on the roads every day. In the inside parking just before the entrance, they have about 15 handicapped and mothers with baby strollers designated parking spaces.
