Not really an outreach but a dedicated service ("notarial day") at US embassy on Dec 20.

But he apparently is an Australian.

Perhaps he confused the notarial day at the US (aka American) embassy with the Australian embassy.

If he is Australian he needs to to make an appointment to do the statutory declaration to prove his income on or before the 7th of January at the Australian embassy.

Thanks. I already made an appointment a while ago but thought it was available on the 20 th but that's USA.
