Why is Thai Visa constantly showing a big red banner on every post in every topic that has a notice that the site is having technical difficulties?

Y\This has been constant for about a week now, but has been there for over a month off and on. Half the time pages will not load, certain topics will not open, classifieds take for ever to open if they don't hang first.

Every page you try and open triggers a virus warning from Kaspersky - This never used to happen before, what is going wrong with this site?

As TV has been saying technical difficulties maybe they have been hacked by some scumbag.
