richard_smith237
I thought this was about 'Christmas Spirit' and getting Merry (celebrating Christmas Day). I now realize the Op is asking about getting 'Married' here in Thailand... Boris79... Both you and your future wife will need a couple of documents from your Embassy and the relevant approved translations into Thai. These links below may help you to get started in researching which documents you need. https://www.siam-legal.com/thailand-law/foreigners-getting-married-in-thailand/

Boris79
Thanks guys.. And sorry for the mistake. So, except my passport, I don't need to request any documents in my home country? Can I do everything in Thailand? There is the possibility, like in Italy, to separete the money into the marriage? Anyone experience with it? How long will take do everything? Edited December 20, 2018 by Boris79
Preacher
You will both need to supply a letter from your embassies that you are free to marry. It depends on your respective embassies what you will need, and if you have been married in the past.
