Smart phone slow charging

Overnight went from full charge in 90 minutes to full charge over 12 hours

 

Not the charger as I already tried different cable and charger

 

Thought maybe to many apps so did a factory reset but still the same problem

 

Anyone have a clue whats going on?

what happens after you put the phone into extreme power saving mode?   does it hold a charge even then?

 

if you opt to get a new battery, did you get the Note in LOS or not?

as it may be that the local replacement for the (by the book) designated replacement batt for the model might not be the correct country market specific size, to fit...

Thanks for the tip but the result is the same.

Aliexpress has redmi note 3 battery.  About 20 Aud.

Heatgun and pry tools usually needed.

Hairdryer, maybe.
