How long I should wait to visit a doc?

if it has been three days you must go right away. you need to do a stool sample to find out what the issue is.

that information may be invaluable to you later.

Acute diarrhea is defined as the abrupt onset of 3 or more loose stools per day and lasts no longer than 14 days; chronic or persistent diarrhea is defined as an episode that lasts longer than 14 days.

What no antibiotics? Get to a chemist and tell them your symptoms.

I personally wouldn't worry about a doctor at the 3 day stage. Keep up electrolytes and get those antibiotics!

OP: had a similar problem in Thailand and was prescribed 4 tablets of Flagyl to be taken all at once; it worked within a few hours.. However, you may wish to take on NCC1701A's advise if wish to be more cautious.

As above. That volume of diarrhea requires immediate medical treatment. Not a pharmacist. A hospital.

If it is truly 3-4 liters then it may be cholera. Even if not, you will get dangerously dehydrated.

In Hanoi this hospital is suggested  https://www.hfh.com.vn/en/home

In Ho Chi Minh  this one  http://fvhospital.com/
