Bangkok Bank, which is continually enhancing its digital banking services to move towards a cashless society, recently launched QR Code payments for BTS pass purchases using Bualuang mBanking.

Customers who buy via QR code will receive cashback of Bt5 per trip, for up to 10 cashback credits per person per month.

The offer is available from today until March 31.

The payment serves the needs of customers who want to make financial transactions conveniently and safely via digital channels, the bank said.

For more information, call 1333 or visit Bangkok Bank’s website.

Bualuang mbanking is one of the worst mobile banking app. Why not spend some resources to improve it.

And how about putting in a well secured, efficient wifi in every BTS station ?

Does that only work with Bangkok Bank's app? I thought the Bank of Thailand standardized a QR code payment system so that it works across banks. And it does, with countless other merchants. If the BTS really deployed a system that only works for users of Bangkok Bank's app, that would be a huge step backwards.

It’s unreal that they replaced their machines at BTS stations but most of them will not take paper money.

Would be interesting to learn what your problems are. I have used it for many years and it has always worked flawlessly.
