Netflix has unleashed the stylish and violent first trailer for its upcoming Original movie Polar.

 

Playing like a comic book version of John Wick, Polar sees Hannibal and Doctor Strange's Mads Mikkelsen play the world's top assassin who, in classic action movie style, is unwillingly brought out of retirement.

 

Seriously guys, you must know this won't end well for you villains.

 

Based on the graphic novel of the same name by Victor Santos, Polar stars Mikkelsen as Duncan Vizla, AKA The Black Kaiser, who is targeted by his former employer (played by Matt Lucas, yes really) as a liability to the firm.
