I got a 6Tb harddisk that I use in my NAS drive and it has bad sectors. Id like to bring it to a WD service center as i think they should give me a new one or fix the problem. There used to be a service center in Pantip Plaza. Can anyone confirm its still there.

Normally I would not bother but a 6Tb disk is around 7000 bt so its worth wile to get it fixed or replaced.

Per the Internet:

WD service center (Thailand)
604/3 Pantip Plaza 2th Room 2108
Phetburi Road, Phetburi
Ratchatavee Bangkok 10400, Thailand
Phone number: +66-083-7031821 / +66-02-6526510
Operation Hours: Daily (11.00 am - 6.30 pm)

Yes that is the service center I am talking about I just want to know if it is still there. I might just have to call the number and see if it is still there. Websites often give outdated information.

I got a free replacement from the one in fortune but it wasn't swapped on the spot

I had to go back 10 or 14 days later to pickup the new one

I would not mind waiting that is the way how it goes in Thailand

I've had Seagate portable drives exchanged twice, on the spot at the Seagate service centre in Fortune. I didn't get brand new drives but refurbished ones that were marked so. Both replacements are still working. Apparently this is how it's done ????

I already replaced the drive in my NAS so anything i get will be good. Fun thing the other 4 drives of 6tb in my NAS are seagate not a problem among them . Not that I draw conclusions from this.
