Belarusian ‘Anastasia’ will be in Moscow detention another 3 days

Anastasia Vashukevich, aka. Nastya Rybka, the Belarusian model/sex-educator/Instagramer who spent a year in a Thai jail awaiting last week’s Court case, and was then deported, remains in a Moscow jail as of last night after the presiding judge decided to extend her detention by 72 hours.

 

She was arrested at Moscow airport on Thursday after being deported from Thailand on Tuesday night. She, and seven others, pleaded guilty last Tuesday for participating in a “sex training course” in Pattaya nearly 12 months ago.

 

During a hearing yesterday in Moscow, she said she did not want to “in any way compromise aluminum mining magnate, Oleg Deripaska”.

            TAT won't be pleased with how the family resort town is being described, as follows Anastasia had been in custody in Thailand since a police raid in what AFP described as the “sleazy seaside resort of Pattaya” last February.

I am surprised she has not disappeared already, she might be safer in prison than on the street.

No worries, there'll be a statement from TAT soon claiming that Pattaya has welcomed 100 gazillion family vacationers over the past 12 months who enjoyed the city's rich cultural attractions, super clean beaches, crystal clear waters, balmy sunsets, prostitution and crime-free streets, hyper modern infrastructure, world-class dining and wining scene and what not, putting it on par with places like St. Tropez and the Seychelles.

Was this pic taken when she was in a Hua Hin hotel room with you?

CNN now reporting that she has been released from prison. But still subject to travel restrictions as there is another case against her. Also a similar case (prostitution) has been raised against her back home.

 

Likely that she has been read the riot act and been advised to keep away from 123 meter spires (or am I getting my Russian news items mixed up). Anyway, seemingly her lawyer will be holding a press conference tomorrow when more might be revealed............ One can but hope.

I'd still like to know the case details pertaining a sex training course being illegal, warranting 1 year in Thai clink, and after that more proceedings in states not involved in it at all x)
