Satelite Internet

Featured Replies

I need to have a satelite internet system installed. Anyone aware of any companies other than TOT

CS Loxinfo offers IPstar service but if you read the reviews, few are happy with the service. You buy speeds that you will likely never get.

I have IPstar and VERY expensive for what it is!!! I hope I don't have to have it again at renewal time, given a choice there is no way I would have it again. Customer service has a lot to be desired also.

I think TOT supply IPstar but the service belongs to CSloxinfo, I pay about 1800 a month for the 256/512 but that was discounted for paying 12 months in advance.

I had Loxinfo Ipstar and the service really sucked. Since I am out in the boonies with no land line available I had no choice except GPRS which was even worse. I have since changed to TOT Ipstar and it is better but still definitely not worth the money. The interesting thing is that I was paying Loxinfo 2,500 baht per month for terrible 256/128 service. I am paying TOT 2,200 per month for 512/256 service. GPRS also still sucks but it has been more dependable lately although VERY slow.
