Can someone tell me in EXTREMELY simple terms how I can post a newspaper article?

As a rule of thumb its best to post only the opening paragraph and a link back to the original article on the original website. There are a number of copyright issues with posting the whole article on this forum.

Some Thailand based newspapers don't want us to post anything...
