Property Management Companies

Featured Replies

I don't know what the choice is in the market place, but in my condo we have had Property Plus for a couple of years, and prior to that CBRE. I can't say that I find the level of professionalism in Property Plus to be as good as I would like to see, but maybe the bar isn't very high here. Anyone have any recommendations for a better company?

I can give you another one to avoid. Northern Thai Realty in Pattaya is one to steer clear from. OK, if you are buying or selling but incompetent and overpriced for property management. The bar in Thailand is very low in the real estate business as a whole though, so good luck with finding someone competent.

It might help to specify what city your condo is in.

Bangkok. Also rather looking for recommendations than a thread that runs down property agents.

Frank Knight has run our building for about a year now. No real complaint up to now. Dispite name, complelty Thai staff.

Thanks thaihome. "No real complaint" isn't exactly a ringing endorsement. Do they compare to others?
