Single entry non o based on child - Extension

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

I currently have a Non O single entry visa (based on having a child) from Laos. The initial stamp is up on the 10th February. Am I correct in assuming the following would be needed for a 60 day extension at a local immigration office (in Ubon) :

House book copy, signed

Copy of my son's entry in the house book, signed

Copy of Thai partner's ID card, signed

Copy of my photo page in passport, signed

Copy of my stamp in passport, signed

1,900 baht

Thanks in advance

Your child will have to be with you when you apply.

Add the following to your list.

Birth certificate plus a copy.

Copy of visa and TM6 departure card.

Proof of residence.

Thanks. Yes he will be there.

Wouldnt "proof of residence" be the house book that my child is in ? I dont have any bills or statements in my name. Only a couple of deliveries and letters from back home.

Yes it would be if that is where you are living. If not a rental agreement with signed copies of the owners house book and ID card attached would be accepted.
