QED - you are also a geek! Kidding aside, I am sure a lot of EV owners mature and get a hang of the public charging trials and tribulations, and younger folks will never understand why I find it ridiculous to have 20 different apps to use on all the networks, apps are like cool games to them, the more the merrier, lets hand out our private information everywhere. I have not used many different chargers, but when I do, I have watched a lot of users struggle with DC chargers in ways that seemed to me was frustrating to them. Sometimes I try to help - little things like being patient and wait a minute or two for the handshake, it is not as intuitive to some as it is to seasoned users. I'm glad to hear you find Thailand's charging network 'superb' — though for me, it's the caveat that matters. Everyone oohs and aahs over newer cars that charge faster, but what good is that when the infrastructure itself crawls along at a snail's pace?
