Bank branch prepare statement/letter for another branch?

Later this year I will ask my Bangkok bank branch in BKK( where I live but only hold a fixed deposit account)  to prepare a statement and letter showing deposits from overseas into my savings account held in Pattaya.

Do u think the Bangkok branch will do this for me or will they tell me I need go to Pattaya?

My BKK bank in Prachuap prepared such a letter few years ago i had fixed account in Bangkok

    I have not done it recently, but my BKK branch in Chiang Mai twice did a letter verifying my fixed account held in my BKK branch in Bangkok.
