Lets just say that I want rent a jet ski on the beach, of course that would be crazy because have so many thai people who rent it but just say i want it. Is there available some sort of concession you get from province or something, who department is responsible for such things at sea so you can rent many stuff like jet ski or something like that?. thanks everyone for help.
