Anyone tried accessing the SCB contact number, pressing “9 for English” and finding Thai only response?

Just took mobile phone, called 027777777 (call center).

Switched on speaker, announcement in Thai, crystal clear.

Then "Press 9 for English".

So I did.

Now a crystal clear announcement in proper English about some "card service ...".

Hung up.

The contact number (also tried) did not seem to have a voice menu.

I used the call center number.

SCB contact number is also call centre number 02-777-7777,

I have had this before but as KhunNENQ said

It may depend how many English speaking operatives they have available. I have aslo had it with True when I don't press the number quick enough.......
