I contacted chase just now and was advised the ACH office does not take phone calls unless there is a fraud investigation. I was directed to call the branch that my account is at. I wii do so in an hour or so. But last word from Chase is that they do not nor do they plan to use the appropriate coding for international transfers as required by BKK Bank NY. The only way to have this done is by opening an international account at your branch, in person.

i emailed chase and they do not use the international ach.

will change to direct deposit of social security, kinda stinks as i have to send money back to chase to pay credit cards.
