Have you a reason for the infertility. Low sperm count/motility, anovulation, PCOS etc. If not, you should have investigations first, that way people will be in more of a position to help. Which partner is the duff one? I use that term jokingly by the way, I am not setting out to incite a riot! Once it is clear which sex is the one with the difficulties, more responses will be forthcoming.
