Korat Immigration Office - annual extension 1-yr non-O visa

I'm coming up for my first annual extension of my retirement visa at Korat, and I'm wondering if they will want to see a freshly renewed/current lease of the house I rent.  The house and lease terms have not changed.  (My previous - many - renewals were at Chiangmai and there I did the renewals using an agent.  They did not want me to produce the lease each time - the agent certainly simplified the process all round.)  At Korat I shall be doing it all myself.  I'm a good three hours away from the office so I want to avoid being sent back for anything missing. I would much appreciate it if    someone has definitive information on this specific document, for this specific purpose, at the Korat office.
