Letseng
Bangkok Bank requires a letter from Brit. Embassy to confirm residential address. No problem, however, how on earth does one get an appointment. Web appointments are not working. Can I just go there? Thanks for input.
SooKee
Just asked my chum about this as I knew he went last week. Thought he'd booked online but he said he tried the online system but ended up having to mail them to book via the address on the site.

MikeN
At least they still do it, the Australian embassy will not confirm our addresses for banks, driver license, vehicle purchase and registration, etc. Wonder why they needed that big new building, certainly not to fit in many clients. How useful is a certification more than 2 months away? In other embassies you just walk in and wait for your no. to be called. We had our home bank doing a Swift confirmation. Now Bangkok Bank can't find it.
