I had a multiple entry non b which has now finished and i need to get a single entry to then have it extended at CW

 

Looking at KL it says the requirements are my work permit (which has 10 months remaining) and WP3 form is this wp3 needed if i already have a work permit

 

It also says proof of accommodation for entire stay and 3 months certified bank statements

 

Can any one confirm exactly what i would need to take? Or another embassy that might be better to use (Vientiane is book out all week)

If you already have a work permit a WP3 is not needed.

Edit: I assume you are not from a listed country that does have that requirement.

Yes it looks like work gave me the incorrect print out. So it should be fine.
