I am confused about 90 days notification in passport. The paper shows that I should notify address again on 18 dec 2018. But on 30 nov 2018 I got a 60 days stamp because my 1 year extension was refused. On 24 jan 2019 my marriage extension was approved, I got under consideration stamp until today 25 feb 2019. So will I be fined for not reporting on 18 dec 2018? What about my next 90 days reporting, do it today?

You report was due on December 18th and that did not change unless immigration changed the date. You can be fined up to 2000 baht for not doing the report when it was due.

You should do the report when go to immigration to get you one year extension stamp today. The next report will be due 90 days after today or from the date you do it.

That's bad news ubonjoe, an expensive day but good lesson for the future.
