Hi All,

 

What is the mortgage rate that the banks charge? I have looked on some websites and it say 11.5%. Surely this is not correct that is an extortionate rate. I would put the mortgage in the wifes name if they have a different rate for Thai's and Farangs. 

6.12% give or take a little (SCB yesterday).

Look at the MLR.
