NON O ( Thai - wife ) extension at Pathumthani

Featured Replies

Hey TV people,

I am currently on a Non O Visa based on marriage(3 months )

I’ve to apply for a 1 year extension now..

I would request the expert opinion of the seasoned members on this forum..

1. How long before the visa expire can I apply for an extension ?

My visa is expiring on 11th March..

2. I’ve got 400k seasoned for three months..this is my only account so I do use it for day to day transactions.. but the amount in the bank has never gone below 400k

3. I’m employed & I do have a work permit.. Would I be able to extend my work permit? The reason I’m asking about this is due to the changes in so many things.. it’s confusing

I’ll be looking forward to your replies

Best Regards

1. You could apply today since you have less than 30 day remaining on your 90 day entry.

2. No problem with that.

3. No problem to extend your work permit.

Thanks a lot ubonjoe for the reply..May I be able to do an extension around 3/4 days before my visa expires ? I’m just not sure if the 15 days before the visa expires applies in my situation..

You could apply on the last day if you wanted to. There is no minimum number of days to do it but it is always best do it as early as you can in case you are short on some document they want.
