Returned after finding my diamond ring. Lost while at 7-11 last night. Employee found, and turned it in. I noticed early afternoon, and rung up the only 2 places that I could possibly have lost, with any chance of being found. Both 7-11s, across from each other. Other spot was the night market, same location, but no chance if lost there. Fell out of my bag when I took my wallet out. Rung them and returned, and impossible to reward him. As soon as I went to give him money, 3 other employees all .... no no no. No can do. Even tried to give him on the sly, and just wouldn't take it. Photos of course and manager yakking to the wife. Wife was surprised, found & returned. I was like, if found, they'd turn it in. Just what young honest workers do. Especially since Thai don't care for that grade of gold, or care about gemstones, especially diamonds. Maybe if emerald or ruby, may interest. Really thankful, as besides favorite, also the only one left that I have.
