graemeaylward
A friend of mine is a Filipina, working legitimately as a teacher with a work permit. She recently married a Pakistani man who has a 3 month Non-immigrant "O" visa. What paperwork is required by Immigration to extend his 3 month "O" Visa (spouse) for 12 months? Justin Side
Does the Wife have a 12 month extension from Immigration? If so he can get a 12 month extension for being her husband. Edited March 3, 2019 by Justin Side
ubonjoe
Their marriage certificate and some paperwork from the school to prove she is still working. What is needed can vary at different immigration offices. His extension of stay (it is not a visa) would be issued to the date her current extension ends.
