COUNTRY music star Kate Cook was found dead this morning aged 36, according to reports.

 

The singer was last seen wandering into bushland near her home in Queensland, Australia.

 

Her body was found today around 500 yards from her home in Lowood after concerned friends alerted police last night, reports Nine.com.au.

 

Police are not treating her death as suspicious at this stage.
