eVisa on Arrival, Suvarnabhumi experiences?

Featured Replies

I was wondering how well the new eVisa on Arrival was working.  What are the visa queues like at Suvarnabhumi?

(I'm going to be meeting some Indian friends at the airport and wondered how long I should expect for the visa and getting through Immigration.)

Thanks.

Other than the brief knock-on effect of the recent closure of Indian airspace and some cancelled flights, immigration queues seem to be similar to usual, and lower in regard to the fact that we're now past high season and Chinese New year.

The e-visa system doesn't roll out in western countries until April so it'd be after that I'd expect to see reports and feedback on the forum here.

My query is specifically about the eVOA, which is already available for all the 21 nationalities eligible for a standard VOA.

Not read any feedback on the eVOA, but be aware that the user profile on here is predominantly westerners. You can try using the search function but I doubt you'll find much on the new system thus far.

Your query was in part about recent queues at Suvarnabhumi and anticipated processing time, which I answered.

I usually just wait and when I see them ...I see them?
