I would like to find out if someone can be so kind to advise if Chaengwattana Immigration office will be open on the 12th of April 2019?

Closed from the 12th to the 16th of April.

The cabinet made the 12th as a additional holiday on February 12th.

if you can, i'd recommend avoiding CW two days prior to a holiday and two days after a holiday.
