Question:  If I move from Bangkok to Jomtien, then submit a TM30 changing my address, do I then start my 90 day TM7 reporting in Jomtien?  

Own a condo in Jomtien and it is not rented now so considering the move.

It is my first year here on Non-Imm 0 retirement visa .

Have done both 90 day reports so far at Chaengwattana, and TM6 states Bangkok address.

BTW did do a search for answer to this on TV forum, could not find.

 

After changing your address to Jomtien you could then do your 90 day reports there by submitting a TM47 form when your next report is due.

I am actually wondering over a question that is not given in this... WHERE in this guys case does he change his address. At his NEW immigration in Jomtien or at the OLD one at CW in Bangkok???

Last time I read of this it was at the new location, ie Jomtiem.

No mention of a TM 28 here, any reason for that?

Because Jomtien will not want a TM28 form if a TM30 is submitted.
