Does anyone know if I can still get a second employer on my work permit?

 

My plan is to do that then try to change my visa extension to be based on the second employer.

Yes, you can but you need permission from the first employer to allow the 2nd employer on your WP. Must be in writing and Thai language. I did it last year.
