Non-O visa to Non-B visa - Re-entry permit allowed ?

Recommended Posts

I've a non-o visa(married to thai)(got from my home country), i'm planning to change my visa to Non-B then extend to one year visa

or extend my current non-o visa  to one year visa.

either way, immigration will issue a temporary visa for 3/2/1 months before issuing the 1-year extension.

if I get the temporary visa on non-o extension, can I stamp re-entry permit and leave the country for 5 days?

if I change my visa to non-b, they will issue a non-b visa for a couple of months before getting 1-year extension, in that case, can I get re-entry permit on that visa?

i want to get a re-entry permit asap.

Thank you for helping

What do you mean with temporary visa, immigration does not do that.

You can not change non immigrant from O to B at immigration, you will need to travel to a consulate abroad, so no need for re-entry permit.

You can extend your Non-O based on employment or family.

One year if you qualify and 2 months based on family if you don't qualify.

You can get your re-entry permit any time.
