He dsoent look too unhappy in the picture, he just bailed himself out and have the best lawyers availabe.

Correct, but who recieved the stiffest sentence, the driver - can you please explain why, when they were all there all doing the same thing, forget all the weasel words like - but different charges etc.

The media can be thanked for this conviction, without it Premchai's wealth surely would have allowed him to walk. Still, the people that worked for him took the heaviest hits so it was still a typical Thai result.

What a shame that you do not like "weasel words" [sic], words that are accurate and factual.  It's also factual that they were not all charged with the same offences and that could be something to do with available evidence.  You do not seem to be complaining about the man who got the suspended sentence, do you?

I think that Thais should enjoy those words, as they are likely the only actual punishment to be received.

The case will be delayed. the delay of the case will be delayed again. Yet again, there will be more delays. Then, there will be appeals of the delay. Next, the delay granted earlier will be appealed. Then, the appeal of the delay of the appeal, of the delay of the appeal will be delayed.
