Taco Bell has chosen Bangkok as the home of their milestone 500th international restaurant.

The new Taco Bell restaurant will be the second in Thailand, set to open on the G Floor of the Siam Paragon shopping mall.

The brand is teaming up with franchise partner Siam Taco, a subsidiary company of Thoresen Thai Agencies to open this new location in the first week of April. This news follows the launch of Taco Bell's first Thailand restaurant at Mercury Ville mall in January 2019.

Drove past the original at the weekend. It was packed.

So is it more expensive than in US just like McD is … ?

Thailand the next obese frontier...It is coming.

Looking at the above photo makes me feel squeemish.

Mexicans actually eat that muck everyday?

I saw a TV program about Venezuela. I couldnt identify any of the food they were eating.

Middle class Thais will eat that Hispanic slops because its trendy.

I won't visit until they add beef and beans to the menu as you can get in every other Taco Bell except, Thailand.

The WORST pseudo-Mexican food on the planet. Utterly inedible...

Mexican authentic food is awesome! Taco Bell will do in a pinch..

At the grand opening, fans can expect to join in on a special celebration in honor of the new restaurant being the 500th Taco Bell outside of the United States. They can also look forward to a similar menu to what they found at the Mercury Ville Taco Bell, with some new twists.

My expectations are low......

I ate my fill as a teen. One of my students brought me a taco on opening day for the other one. I'm set for the next 30 years.

Ack

Unfortunately it's already here. I've noticed a marked increase in the number of obese Thai kids over the last 20 years and they are also much taller now.
