Hi,

Can some one please explain the TM 30 to me?

 

I have lived here for 13 years, I am married to Thai, I have yellow Book and Pink ID, I have a work permit and a yearly ext of my Non O B visa. 

Do I need to submit a TM 30 when I apply for my extension?

Should I have already filled one out when I arrived last time from overseas holiday?

 

Please any information would be good.

That depends upon the office you report to. Some only want one if you change addresses.

If they have not asked for one before it probably will not be asked for this time.

I use an agency, and the agency are asking if I have filled one out.

I report to CW in Bangkok.

There have been reports of CW asking for a TM30 report for some types of extensions. One was when a application was being done for an extension based upon marriage to a Thai.

But no reports on them being fined for not reporting since they just started asking for them.

I was fined 800 baht in January this year at CW. It was the first thing the officer asked for. 

My landlord never did one and wasn't going to do one. I had her info so did it myself. 

Could somebody answer this post please?
