I have lived here for 13 years, I am married to Thai, I have yellow Book and Pink ID, I have a work permit and a yearly ext of my Non O B visa. Do I need to submit a TM 30 when I apply for my extension? Should I have already filled one out when I arrived last time from overseas holiday? Please any information would be good. One was when a application was being done for an extension based upon marriage to a Thai. But no reports on them being fined for not reporting since they just started asking for them.
