blackcab Posted March 30, 2019 Share Posted March 30, 2019 Go to your Department of Land Transport with the usual documents, photocopies and 2 photos. As you know, the documents required can vary between districts. In Bangkok I didn't need a medical, for example. There is no practical test or vision test, etc. I forget what I paid for mine.
